PHASE 1: CLEANSE- Two days of light simple meals alongside gentle cleansing are used to prime your body for the metabolic 're-set' to come and to assist with digestive cleansing and detoxification.
- 🥛 Detox: We start by cleaning your existing gut bacteria (which can be a mix of good and bad species) to give us a clean slate to start building a healthy gut environment
- ⚖️ Reduction of Cravings: this will also help us decrease any unhealthy cravings and assist us in building new habits. “Cravings come from your gut bacteria!”
PHASE 2- STRICT PHASE- This is your Metabolic Reset Phase and the foundation of your success. It will last a minimum of one month
- 🥗 Nourishment & Balance: We start using food to accomplish four main goals
- Sugar/Insulin Regulation
- Decrease Inflammation
- Rebuilding a healthy gut environment
- Decrease acidity
- 🍴Meal Planning: You’ll start learning the basics of meal planning
- 👙Weight Loss: Once the body gets balanced, weight loss starts happening pretty effortlessly and in a healthy manner
- ⚡️Energy Boost: At the same time you’ll start feeling lighter but more energetic
PHASE 3- RELAXED CONVERSION PHASE. Once your body is balanced, healthy and at ease, you can start listening to it!
- 🌾 Diverse Foods- We start adding more variety into your program and seeing how your new body “likes” them.
- 🎉 Celebration Meals: We start including and learning how to navigate “Treat” Meals
- 🚶♀️Lifestyle Changes- You’ll start building a healthier relationship with food and creating healthy habits to support this new lifestyle
MAINTENANCE PHASE- Congratulations! You’ve learned how to make this into a Lifestyle💪🏽
- ⚖️ 80/20 Lifestyle: Learning how to eat for “nourishment and balance” 80% of the time
- ✨Sustainability: Achieving and maintaining your ideal habits and weight
